You may return any item within 30 days of the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where items are defective or not as described.

Unless your item is faulty or was sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of our decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Wrong Item Received

If we have sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and arrange collection of the incorrect one at our expense.
